Chandi Path is the recitation of the Durga Saptashati — also known as the Devi Mahatmya — from the Markandeya Purana. Its 700 shlokas in thirteen chapters form three Charitras, honouring Maa Mahakali, Maa Mahalakshmi and Maa Mahasaraswati.
