Confirming a booking
Your booking is confirmed once the ₹500 booking confirmation charge is received and our team has agreed the date with you. The ₹500 is adjusted against the final payment after the Puja.
Rescheduling
If you need to change your date, please contact us on WhatsApp or phone as early as possible with your Booking ID. We will do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to the availability of the Acharya team.
Cancellations
To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp or phone with your Booking ID.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled Puja, 50% of the ₹500 booking confirmation charge (₹250) is refunded. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the Puja are not eligible for a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
If we need to reschedule
In rare cases (for example, circumstances at the venue), we may need to propose a different date or time. We will contact you in advance and agree an alternative with you.
