Booking confirmation charge
The ₹500 booking confirmation charge is adjusted against your final payment after the Puja.
- Cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled Puja: 50% of the booking confirmation charge (₹250) is refunded.
- Cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled Puja: the booking confirmation charge is not refunded.
How to cancel
Contact us on WhatsApp or phone with your Booking ID. The 24-hour window is counted back from the scheduled start of your Puja in India Standard Time (IST), based on when we receive your cancellation request.
How refunds are made
Approved refunds of online payments are initiated to the original payment method through our payment partner. The time taken to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged more than once, or money was deducted but your booking does not show as confirmed, please contact us with your Booking ID and payment reference so we can investigate promptly.
